Tamuka Fredrick Jena
Tamuka was born in 1984 in Harare Zimbabwe and began carving in 2003.
His love of sculpture and the shona art developed from a very early age and he had a great appreciation for many artists and their different styles.
He trained with Savheri Chirwa and Witness Bonjisi for one year in Harare.
He prefers working on hard stones like springstone.
Tamuka lives and works from Harare. He is the only one in his family who carves.
His describes his work as being the one true way to express his deepest inner emotions.
His work has been exhibited in the U.S.A, Holland, Canada, and the U.K
