B.T.Sakarombe
Sakarombe was born in Rusape in Zimbabwe in 1979. He began his sculpting career in 1996. He is married with two children.
He was trained by the popular artist Washington Musonza and describes him as his oasis of inspiration.
He is the only one in his family who carves and he has is own unique style which has made him very popular in Europe and North America.
Hard stones are his preferred medium.
He lives and works in Harare.
Sakarombe's work has been exhibited in the U.K., U.S.A., And Germany.
