Thomas Zinyeka
Thomas was born in Gokwe North in Zimbabwe on New Year's day in 1972.
He is married with three children.
Thomas began sculpting in 1991 and was inspired by his late brother Gladman Zinyeka. Gladman was a well established artist based in Chitungwiza and offered Thomas the perfect opportunity to train with an experienced and popular artist.
His favourite stones tends to be hard. Springstone is certainly one of them.
America, Germany and the UK have all exhibited Thomas' work and he has also spent time at a gallery in Australia.
